Looking for a skilled, reliable and hard-working handyman to provide maintenance service for multiple buildings in Oceanside, and Vista. We are looking for someone skilled in the following areas. Tile/Flooring Plumbing repairs Build Gates and Stairs Hanging Doors Shower door install Roofing (good, but not necessary) Painting – Sanding, Patching Fascia Board Repair - Sand/scrape/Patch with Bondo Stucco Patch Drywall repairs Minor Electrical repairs Tiling Make Screens Landscaping sprinkler repair Must Haves: * Transportation – Need to haul doors, building materials, etc. * Basic Tools * Disciplined, punctual and friendly * Clean up after projects $22-25 per hour DOE for Plumbing, etc $17-22 per hour DOE for Painting, stucco, etc Saturdays, Sundays and a couple days during the week - part-time (25-32 hrs/wk) Please text with your contact number, availability, what skills you perform and desired pay rate.
