Pool Filter repair

Description

Pool filter laterals just replaced. Put 100 lbs of fresh sand into tank. (Maybe not enough?) When I put it into "Filter" it started blowing sand into the pool. Need a pro to look at it ASAP. Side job is fine if you're working during day.
