Looking to rehome our girl, Athena. She is gorgeous and the sweetest cat we've ever known. She would do best in a home with no children or other pets. She is nice to everyone, but she really wants a quiet house with people who have time for her. She loves to sit in the window or on a lap. She loves to be wherever we are. She is always asking for pets with soft meows. She literally stands on her hind legs so her head can reach our hands for pets. She's always purring. We have never ever heard her hiss at someone. She is a grey domestic short hair but seems to be somewhat of a Russian Blue. She sheds very minimally. Mostly, we just see little hairs on our window sills. She is spayed and up-to-date on all her shots. I will give you her records. We adopted her in February. The animal center that we adopted her from told us that she was good with kids and dogs. Well, she is, but she's very nervous around them. She hides if the dog is around or if too many people are in the room. We love her so much but we know we aren't the best family for her. We are very active, very busy and very noisy. We were told she is 7 years old. She is in great health. Location South Escondido.
