Bass player might move to Cleveland

I am a bass player (60's), years of experience, but am rusty now from not working in music for a quite awhile. Now that I am retired I am thinking of moving to Cleveland. I know there are a lot of great musicians there, and a lot of guys are doing solo gigs. Is there any work for a bassist in a cover band. If so can I make enough money to supplment what I am getting on ss. Just a thought. Thanks DT
