Are you a female age 21-37 and love being pregnant? Have you thought about helping another women in need that cannot have a child on her own by being a surrogate? We are looking for 7 wonderful women who would like to be a surrogate. We are offering in addition to your base fee a $2,500 match signing bonus. This bonus will be paid to the first 7 women who sign into legal contracts with one of our couples. Surrogates profiles and all medical records need to be received by Nation Wide Egg Donation and Surrogacy no later than October 1st, 2021. The medical records are your birthing records from the children you have given birth to from your OBGYN (10 months of appointment records) and the Hospital Birthing records to show that there were no complications while giving birth. Records can take a little while to get but typically 7 business days from original request date. First time Surrogates typically receive $35,000 - $40,000 and repeat Surrogates range $50,000+ Our agency has been in business since 2001 and was started and is run by a previous egg donor and Mother of 3 that will be there to answer your questions first hand through experience. We are a nationally recognized, highly regarded Surrogate and Egg Donation Agency. We provide personal attention, education and professional guidance throughout the entire process. If you are already registered with another agency that is fine with us as long as you keep us updated with your availability. We are looking for serious applicants ONLY. Surrogate Criteria: Between the ages of 21-37 Living in a surrogate friendly state MUST be vaccinated or willing to be Fall within normal BMI Index Not taking the Depo shot Have regular menstrual cycles every month Have had at least 1 child of your own up to 5 previous deliveries and up to two previous c-sections and no major complications. Not have traveled to Mexico or anywhere where the Zika Virus is present within the last six months. No mental illnesses self or family Not suffering from ADHD, ADD or depression (Not on medication for any of those conditions) Health insurance a plus but can get you registered in open enrollment if you don’t already have a surrogate friendly policy in place Non- smoker Cannot have lived outside of the United States for more than 3 years (between the years 1982 - 1996) Able to work in the United States Responsible, committed and reliable a must No tattoos or piercing within the past 6 months No drug use
