I have 3 acres, the position offered requires maintaining the property. This position can be up to 32 hrs. a week and will be working closely with the owner. Understanding English along with having the skills needed to maintain the property. Yard maintenance: mowing, edging, bush trimming, weed pulling in both the yard and planter areas. Maintain watering system: check periodically for system repair and clogged sprinklers. Cutting trees and branches. Log splitting on occasion. Mowing the field with a riding mower. Keeping the driveway, courtyard and patios clean and free of weeds, (round-up spray is required periodically) I am sure I have overlooked a couple of things here and there but you get the general idea.
