Sushi Chef Helper - Contractor (40 hours / week) Hours: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm Job Description: Assist a sushi chef in preparing ingredients or making sushi and cleaning up at the end of each day. Qualifications: Can work in a fast paced environment Able to follow directions and work in a team setting Experience with food preparation in a restaurant, cafe, or similar vendor setting and familiar with safety standards Prior experience as a sushi chef or sushi chef helper preferred Compensation: $15+ / hour.
