Description

My name is Bao and I am giving FREE fencing classes and lessons to kids and adults of all ages. This is a good way to stay in shape and maintain a good level of physical fitness while being able to learn and enjoy a beautiful combat sport. Classes and lessons will be held outdoor at Pleasant Hill Park in Pleasant Hill once or twice a week. A little about myself: I have been fencing since the age of 15. I have experience as a former San Francisco high school fencing head coach, as well as an active local competitive fencer. I fence at clubs all over the Bay Area and is a current member of the United States Fencing Association. This is a great way to introduce this beautiful sport to enthusiasts of all ages and as a way to give back to the community the way it was given to me when I was younger.
