WESTFIELD, NJ — New York State Police said on Sunday that Matthew G. Huff, 27, of Westfield, N.J. and another passenger in the same car were killed in an automobile accident Saturday night about 20 miles north of Lake George. A vehicle driven by a New York State man, 65, was heading north in the southbound lane of a highway and crashed into their vehicle head-on, the state police said. A report in the Glens Falls Post Star on Sunday said that the 65-year-old driver will be charged with vehicular homicide and other charges, and is in custody at a hospital. Besides Huff, the second victim was Kerry O'Reilly, 31, of Dorchester, Mass. A third person in the car with the pair — Lauren Huff, 30, of Boston — was airlifted to the University of Vermont Medical Center, police said. If you have news, email [email protected].
