Rare opportunity for reptile enthusiasts: 2yo Northern Blue Tongue Skink "Blue Yoshi" available for rehoming. Includes enclosure and all supplies- a $700+ value, looking for a rehoming fee of $150 or best offer. Blue tongue skinks are relatively rare and expensive due to the fact that they give live birth to small litters of young, but they are only slightly more maintenance than your standard bearded dragon. She is currently eating twice a week, meals made up of alternating wet/dry pet food, premade Repashy meals, insects, and vegetables. She needs more protein than plant matter, and her diet can be extremely varied to accommodate for this. Willing to send her home with a full care packet to ensure the best care to anyone unfamiliar with her species. Blue Yoshi is an extremely alert lady with a distinct personality. She is easy to handle due to her stubby little legs, but I wouldn't say it's her favorite activity unless it involves food. It is with a very heavy heart we are parting with her, but we are moving out of state soon and cannot guarantee the safe relocation of all of our reptiles. Someone with some form of previous reptile care would be ideal, but she is easy enough that it's not necessarily a deal-breaker.
