We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role.
Job Descriptions:
Greeting Customers
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls on the multi-line phone.
Scheduling appointments.
Assisting with customer estimates.
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Perform data entry and clerical duties
Distributing incoming packages.
Sorting incoming mail.
Update customer information and projects in the system.
Preparing mail and outgoing packages.
Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Setting up and cleaning up conference room meetings.
Keeping lobby/reception area, conference room, kitchen, and copy room areas neat and tidy throughout the day
Skills and Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day.
Prior construction receptionist or front desk is a plus.
Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers.
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Must be punctual.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Must)

Monday to Friday
10 AM to 6 PM
