Full time farm hand/mechanic etc

Looking for hired hand. Age doesnt really matter. Need a full time person who is in need of housing. There are two reasons I say that. 1) It is exactly 50 miles east (1 hr ) away from Springfield. Near Lebanon (It takes 20 minutes to drive from farm to Lebanon) and (2) It's alot handier when you are close bye as we will not always have a set schedule. Some days will be longer some shorter. There is a gas station/store/cafe 1 mile from farm. Job Description: Farm work such as: fence repair, feeding cows, keep barns clean, hual off trash/junk, mow and weed eat, barn repairs, cut firewood etc. Mechanical ability is a MUST. Such as finding wiring problems, U joint repair, carb repair, etc. etc etc. Will need you to run errands, pick up parts, whatever else needs done in town. You will use my vehicle. NO, repeat NO animals of ANY kind!!! Housing is 3 bedroom, 2 bath NO drugs, No drama, No damned thieves!! I dont care about your past only present. Do what I ask you to we will get along great. I am not hard to get along with as long as you do your job. Most work is relatively easy for the most part. I need someone who can work on things in the shop as I trade on vehicles/tractors etc. We will discuss wages based on your skills. I can tell you now it want be no $20-30 per hour, plus a house. If you can make that somewhere else then I would suggest you go to work there however I will pay fair wages. If you are a really good mechanic we will split profits on rigs we repair.
