Helper needed- Crew lead/ lead carpenter needed

Busy remodeling contractor in Springfield needs a new helper. Qualifications are: - reliable transportation - basic hand tools and tool bags - neat appearance - willingness to show up everyday - have ability to follow directions the first time and retain that knowledge Qualifications for the crew lead position are: - must have knowledge in multiple trades - ability to read basic plans and blueprints - reliable transportation - have basic and advanced carpentry tools - neat appearance - willingness to show up everyday - ability to finish drywall to level 5 - understand UL listings for building specs i.e. 1 hour walls etc. - willingness to plan jobs either on the phone or at the office during off-peak hours or weekends. - be able to keep at least one helper busy as well as yourself - be able to work with, around and give guidance to other trades, as necessary - be able to calmly, and respectfully deal with conflict or other non-ideal situations - can relay a parts list at the end of everyday for delivery the next morning - in some cases, be able and willing to get materials, or send your helper Please respond to this post if you're interested.
