Free online Yoga classes for anyone above 10 years of age by experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience . The classes are held in Hindi and focuses on Asana , Pranayam & Meditation which helps in improving overall fitness of the body. Classes are held in morning from 6-7a.m. PST and 5:30-6:30p.m. PST in the evening all 7 days of the week.
