In honor of Gospel Music Heritage Month, the City of Pompano Beach presents this Gospel concert featuring headliner Kelontae Gavin, an American gospel singer and worship leader who is a four-time Stellar Award nominee for his hit songs, “No Ordinary Worship” and “Higher," with his single "Hold Me Close" blazing the gospel charts. His version of the classic, "I Won't Complain" went viral in 2014. Opening act The Cross Family officially began under the leadership of their father, the late Gene Cross, who was the lead singer and manager for the Smiling Jubilaires. They released their first single “Walk All Over” in 2020 and are high sought after quartet group in Florida.
