Our speaker will be Stephanie Botts, BSDH, RDH, CEAS, an ergonomics assessment specialist providing ergonomics consulting and coaching. The dental hygiene profession is at high risk for musculoskeletal disorders(MSD) with 96% of hygienists reporting painful work habits. Participants will learn ergonomic techniques and exercises for a healthier work life.
