On Saturday, September 25, 2 Island Bwoyz Catering will resurrect their former fall staple - Cooks & Good Looks. We're sure that you've missed us almost as much as we've missed you (can you believe that more than a decade has passed since the last edition?!) ... but as the old folks say "Better late than never." "We bring the cooks and you bring the good looks!" Like in past years, expect vibes as soon as you step foot into this iconic cookout. Local Caribbean DJs will set the soundtrack for the day and of course 2 Island Bwoyz Catering will be on the grill serving some of the best mouth-watering Caribbean cuisine you can find in the DMV. *Plot Twist* Unlike in the past, this will be a BYOB event. So pack a cooler with your favorite drinks and chaser. If you don't have the time or energy to pack your own, however, we've got you! We'll have a pre-paid Cooler Valet you can take advantage of. There'll be a $25 donation to enter this year's installment of Cooks & Good Looks. Once expenses are covered (ingredients, parking, etc.), all profits will be donated to Earthquake Relief for our brothers and sisters in Haiti. So, pack your picnic blanket, lawn chairs, and coolers and get ready to experience Cooks & Good Looks: The Rebirth. Note: Cooks & Good Looks will be a cashless event.
