Class starts at 10am and is an hour vinyasa practice. Miel has a beautiful shade filled courtyard that we can spread out in. Your ticket gets you into class + a beverage of your choice from Miel Brewery (NA options available). Class size is limited to 15 people. Masks must be worn while not on your yoga mat. Following New Orleans mandates you must show proof of a vaccine or negative covid test within 3 days of class; plus, you must wear a mask while inside the brewery. Bring your own mat and water.
