Enjoy a fun filled extravaganza of world dance styles, music and incredibly colorful costumes! ***NEW COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES WILL APPLY** Following the growing trend of events and venues in America that require enhanced COVID saftely protocols the follow conditions will apply: All attendees and performers MUST wear masks and provide a COVID-19 Vaccine card OR a Negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Theatre seating will encourage safe distancing. Gold Country World Dance Showcase has been an active show in Nevada County for over 5 years. During that time 100's of dancers perform many styles of Belly Dance, Flamenco, Latin, Hula, Bollywood and more. This year we offer two performances at the historic Nevada Theatre with artisans from all over California and beyond! Doors open for our Saturday shows at 6:00 PM. Theatre seating begins 6:30 PM. Showtime is 7pm!! Come join the fun in a safe environment and let's get back to life!!! In the Theatre Foyer you will find a bar serving wine, beer and bottled water. These items may be taken into the Theatre. The bar will remain open until the close of Intermission. Aruba Ala Nar has been performing, teaching and directing troupes for over 20 years and loves bringing people together in happy events such as this! She believes artists need the opportunity to express themselves in an air of acceptance, appreciation and support.  Gold Country World Dance Showcase has always had the most supportive audiences ever!
