Explore the world and its peoples via a walking tour of hands on and off exhibits. Listen to JOURNEY FOR JUSTICE-The Life of Larry Itliong. Experience a World of Wow at Fernbank, Atlanta's Science and Nature Experience. Celebrate Filipino American History Month by listening to the life story of Filipino American labor leader Larry Itliong, highlighting his pivotal journey for social justice. Event is open to children between ages 5 and 13 and Adults 14 +. A Waiver/Release of Liability will be made available. Ticket Price includes Entrance fee to Fernbank Museum (exhibits & movie), 1 hardcover book of Journey for Justice per child, 10 minute story telling class,Certificate of Participation and a Snack bag. The Arts and Culture Committee of Galing Foundation Inc hosts various events that promote awareness of the Philippines' rich history and diverse cultural heritage.
