The September Series is an invitation to move off of the screen and with each other. Join us in LA at ROW DTLA rooftop with sweeping views of the LA skyline this September for in-person Classes every weekend. Reconnect to your body, your teachers, your community. Saturdays in September: 9/4 Kate Alvarado 9/11 Amanda Martinez 9/18 Pixie Acia 9/25 Erin Ward 10:00am - 11:0am PT In partnership with ROW DTLA, Provenance Meals, and Klorane USA. What will you experience?The ClassA 60-minute cathartic workout experience. Different teachers in each city will lead students through the fire of The Class. Connection An experience that will connect you with your body, your heart, and the people around you. Community We believe that the work of The Class is profound when it happens in community. How to PrepareArrive EarlyDoors will open 30 minutes before Class. BYOBring your own towel & mat. As part of our safety measures, we will not be providing these items. In addition, please come prepared with your own water, hat, sun protection, sun glasses, and anything else you may need for an outdoor Class. COVID ProtocolAs our LA location is outdoors, we’ll be socially distancing the mats to provide space and safety for all. Temperatures will be checked at both locations upon arrival. Please know that anyone with a temperature reading exceeding 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to join the in person event. Hands On (Your Own) HeartAll cues will be contactless. FAQsClick here for FAQs The Class is a cathartic workout experience that guides you to strengthen the body and notice the mind to restore balance. The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given Class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. The result is a mental clearing and emotional release. Through continued practice students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body.
