Looking for Assistants for upcoming wedding

Good day, I am a wedding planner/coordinator with ServicesByLyzz.net. I am a traveling wedding planner that works out of Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona. I have a client in Oakland who is getting married on October 9, 2021. I am needing 2 assistants to help me run the event. I am looking for help for about 12-20 hours from Friday October 8th - Sunday October 10th. The biggest day will be Saturday October 9th. I am in need of help setting up the clients backyard on Friday, and then help assisting the day of the wedding. Exact hours have not been decided yet. Most likely 4-5 hours on Friday and 10-12 hours on Saturday. It has not been decided if we will be needed on Sunday yet. You will work no more then 20 hours during those 3 days.
