Oakland guitarist looking to start/join band [rock, blues, punk, folk]

Hey I am an Oakland guitarist and bassist looking to either start a band or join a band. I am interested in rock music overall, but influenced by blues and folk, with a punk energy. I am also quite fond of stoner/doom metal grooves and am interested in seeing how that can be mixed with other influences, and also with a folky-Spaghetti Western type vibe to it. I have so many riffs in my head that I have wanted to try out with other musicians for so long, and I thought I’d turn to this spot to see if anyone might be interested. I am 29 years old and have my own transportation, but not a place to practice at the moment. I know a lot of posts here are looking for musicians ready to commit to an already-signed band with shows already lined up, but I was looking to start things off a little more low-key with some jams to get to know one another musically, and then write our own material to eventually play live! I played in a bluegrass band and a stoner doom band in college, and have been craving the feeling of making music with other musicians ever since. If you are interested in perhaps starting a project, I would definitely like to hear from you! Also, I am fully-vaccinated, since that is important!
