Come learn how to LAWFULLY carry and defend yourself and your family. The Minnesota Permit allows you to carry in 28 of 50 States! MN 624.714 states that in order to carry a handgun one must obtain a permit. Step one is to attend a class with a state approved instructor. The Minnesota Permit to Carry is also a Permit to Purchase and is good for 5 years Step two will be a range qualification at Metro Gun Club. We will be going to the range to complete this after class. You will receive the Certificate of Completion for the class that day before you leave. The application must be done in person with the Sheriff in your County of residence. Non-residents may apply and obtain a permit, but please check with your state to ensure they recognize the Minnesota Permit to Carry. NO refunds will be processed for ANY reason. Standard Tickets are fully transferrable to anyone 21 and over legally able to apply. A person holding a Minnesota Permit to Carry can legally carry a firearm in 28 States. They are: Alabama, ​​Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin. *Ticket price does NOT include the cost of ammunition for the range qualification!
