Philadelphia's Council supports youth that attends LULAC's National Education Service Center (LNESC) located in Philadelphia by focusing on raising scholarship funds for students in the Philadelphia area, as well as providing programming such as the Ford Driving Dreams Program in schools where it is needed the most.
