We are lawn company hiring Independent lawn contractors or lawn helpers for immediate daily work in the following areas : We work 7 days a week Hours 7 am - 7 pm Pay : weekly (every Monday ) Make $700- $2,000 per week ) We are hiring for part time and full time You have the choice of what days you want to work and how long you want to work You pick your own schedule Charlotte and surrounding areas Rock hill, sc fort mill, sc Pineville /Matthew’s /waxhaw / Indian trail Gastonia / concord /huntersville /Harrisburg Columbia, sc You must know how to use lawn mower weed eater and edger and hedge trimmer and blower Must be fast and efficient Do not call if you don’t know how to use lawn equipment and can not deal with heat Because it’s going to be very hot out there and can’t you must be able to finish each property each day as scheduled unless weather does not permit Job requirements : Must have android or iPhone to take good clear pictures of each property you service That is how you get paid from the pictures before & after All properties must be serviced as requested they cannot be half done jobs. These are property management properties that are either serviced weekly or bi weekly You can choose what areas you want to work in You must be able to commit to finishing each property that you are scheduled to do each day unless weather delays Minimum 5 properties per day to complete With a maximum of 15-20 properties per day available only if you can complete the properties within that day Must have reliable transportation a car, suv, pick up truck, mini van to do the work You are responsible for your own fuel You have 3 choices either you can work using If You don’t have your own lawn equipment see below: 1. our own rental equipment program for people who don’t have their own lawn equipment and all rental fees are deducted out of your pay Pay rate per property $18 using our own lawn equipment or lawn rental equipment or truck (we supply liability insurance coverage for you under our company ) 2. You just want to work as a helper and not on your own as independent contractor the pay rate is $12 per hour If you have your own lawn equipment see below: 3.
