Press release from Albuquerque Public Schools: September 3, 2021 One in four APS students lives in a household where a language other than English is spoken.  Each year, APS welcomes many newcomer students and their families coming from around the world. APS provides interpretation services in over 200 languages and dialects.  The APS Refugee & Newcomer Supports Program provides supports to new students and families.
