Help getting Zoey home from the vet

Hi everyone I need some help today my dog Zoey went in for emergency surgery last night she had pyometra and became very I'll.im struggling to even pay my bills and certainly can't afford the bill which they said will be between 1700 and 2100 I gave them every penny I had which was 625$ I'm supposed to pick her up today I told them I would have the money I didn't know what else to do so I'm asking if you could please help me get her home I'm not asking for money to be handed to me but directly to the vet she is at the vca hospital on Harris road anything would help and would be so very much appreciated thank you so much
