Free cute, nice, clean RV (21 foot) for 3-4 hours of ranch work and cleaning per day. Looking for a healthy/holistic person or couple who is self-responsible, grounded, organized, positive, clean, (no drinking, smoking drugs) with no criminal record. (I will check.) NO DOGS SORRY :) The property is 2.5 acres and is in the beginning stages of becoming an eco-community where we grow our own food and live sustainably in community. So far, we have baby apple, apricot, peach and fig trees. In the garden there are tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, mint, basil, eggplant, strawberries, onions, etc. I would like to build another garden and a green house. Currently the ranch is shared by the home owner, the ranch hand (who you will replace) and one other person. I am looking for someone who wants to live close to nature, loves animals, people and plants, wears and uses all natural products (no chemicals allowed on the property) and who does not drink, smoke or take any kind of drug on the property or otherwise. I am a healer and this property is a clean, safe and peaceful environment and a spiritual oasis. Please do not contact me if you are taking anything (including marijuana, edibles, prescription drugs or trying to quit anything.) Healthy and conscious people only. The RV is fully equipped: wi-fi, TV with channels, oven, AC, heat, shower, full size bed, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, silverware, pots and pans, etc. You can use your own sheets and towels. The ranch work consists of weeding, mucking, feeding horses/pig, gardening, cleaning the airbnbs, fence building, unloading hay, repairing irrigation, (drip and underground), making compost with horse manure, repairing things when they brake, and keeping the ranch, residents and guests safe and clean. There is some heavy lifting so you will have to be strong and injury-free. The best time to work in the summer is 5am-9am before the heat of the day. This also allows you to have a part time job somewhere else, if you desire. Best if it's not manual labor, as this one is, and you may be too tired afterward. There may be an opportunity for more paid work on the ranch as well. A plus if you are a gardener, builder, want to live in community, know how to practice non-violent communication, eat organically or have experience with horses. A plus if you want to teach yoga or breath-work on the property. Use of laundry is a maybe. Free RV rent for 3-4 hrs trade. 3 hours daily or 4 hours 5 days per week, per person. $500 security deposit required. Location is 25 minutes from Sedona and 10-15 minutes from Cottonwood.
