Looking to volunteer at a stable

I’m looking to see if I can volunteer at a boarding stable or a private stable. I have experience with horses ( owned 5) but don’t currently any. I don’t ride but would love to groom, feed, water, bathe, exercise and mucking stalls. I will be buying land in a year but until then I just want to be around them. I’m very trust worthy, dependable and not a barn witch lol. I will take a background check for you with no problem. I live in Leon valley and would love to find something close to me (Helotes maybe) if possible. If you own horses and would love the free help please let me know. Thank you.
