17 year-old cat to loving home

I am looking for a loving home for my 17 year old cat Mimi that you see on the pictures. She is an oriental-American shorthair mix and more vocal than American shorthair. She is energetic and easily bored and would enjoy a person who is willing to give her a lot of attention and affection. She likes it warm in both summer and winter and sometimes comes to warm up under the blanket at night. I am in a state of burnout and am currently unable to take care of her the way I used to. I realize that 17 years is a very advanced age for a cat, so I am hoping for a miracle. Since she was a stray when I took her in 16 years ago, I can say little about compatibility. I had two cats before and she never seemed to mind them. She became happier once she became my only cat, but she is no longer as playful now as she used to, so I am a bit torn on whether another pet would be okay or even ideal. If you feel she would be good with your preexisting pets, then she likely will be. I am hoping for someone who is at home, either retired or a homemaker, because I have been feeding her on more occasions than just mornings and evenings, so it might be good to be continuing her routine. Other than that, I am willing to see if this cat will work for you and work with you if not. There is a 50 dollar rehoming fee, which will include her things and a big and a small cat tree.
