I need some help. I work at my boyfriends small business LLC. When I’m at work it makes his job easier and gets him more money earned. He has not paid me for any days I have worked. I have recorded days and hours that I have worked. I’ve asked to be paid at least for some of my time but he says he doesn’t have the extra money. Is there anything legally I can do to collect a minimum wage for the time I have worked at his company? Or am I just out the time I put in? Please help me. Thank you.
