Only stating first name for cardholder's privacy: this card belongs to a person named Felix. Today (09/04/21) I found a red Bank of America debit card in an apartment complex near NE 205th and NE Sandy Blvd. I turned it in to the Bank of America location at 200 E Powell Blvd in Gresham. The teller said they will try to trace the card to get it back to you but I figured I should post about it just in case you're looking here.
