Established Original band seeks lead guitar

Gigging, veteran original rock-alt-roots band seeks experienced lead guitar for 4 piece band. Looking for team player and full member complement who, sure, can blaze that memorable lead when needed, but really plays with a sense of melody, taste and “for the song”. Background vocals helpful but not 100% necessary. Current songs are structured, arranged, accessible but also not I-IV-V/formulaic. New songs being worked on now have same characteristics but will include your critical input. We have a strong catalogue and can gig whenever you are ready. Band is invested in creating good music all together as a unit. We really try to listen to what each is doing musically and otherwise….We practice once a week and that is the minimum time commitment. We rehearse in a fully equipped room in Westwood. Other bands/projects are totally cool (we all have them too) but you do need to carve out once a week most weeks for rehearsal, Once a month on avg for gigs sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the opportunities presented and also what is going on in the COVID world. Rather than list influences, here’s our last two EP’s. If you like the tunes/style, have the chops, agree with a band approach to arranging and developing tunes, and can make the minimum time commitment (and aren’t a totally crazy person lol), give a holler!
