I wanted to know if anyone can fix my scooter …it’s new I bumped on the side walk it makes this noise I live in sfv van nuys off van nuys blvd & Vose st. 91405 My scooter has been sitting gathering Dust since I bought it like 6 bmonths ago It’s a “BIRD”.
