Looking for a handyman who can manage maintenance and repair of a large property on a long term contract. Offering around $20 dollars per hour. We have a lot of work on our property. We are looking for someone who is very good at managing a property, making repairs, and has worked with a licensed contractor and manages other properties in the area and has the time to handle our houses in between other jobs or to have someone who has a stable income.
