NEED Professional Concrete Finisher

Need a professional concrete finisher for a small job in City of Martinsburg. Someone poured a sidewalk however did not finish it very well. It set up before it was smooth and worked in on top. Right now the finish is rough and needs a skim coat or top coat over the whole thing to smooth it out. Need a concrete finisher to come put top coat on the sidewalk, smooth it out and then cut expansion joints in it. Would like in next week or before the middle of September 2021. Job would probably take one person all day. Will pay contract rate for entire job, will buy materials and provide tools. Send email and I will get right back to you.
