Need handyman to install toilet and various other tasks

Here are some things I need done. Please send hourly rate. I have basic tools but not everything needed. I will supply all materials. Install toilet Fix sink stoppers Replace interior door knobs Install cat door(s) on interior door(s) Install hard-wired smoke detectors (one is very high) Remove bird's next from exterior of dryer vent (pretty high up) Install dryer vent coming out of the dryer Replace/repair transition strips Replace toilet seat - unable to remove bolt
