I just wanted to give people the heads up to caution you on renting any apartments from David Heather H&A LLC. He will take your money promising to fix things and then he won't, if you ask him more than once he will become condescending, rude, he will then try to belittle you. In the winter you have to keep adjusting the hot water while you shower and eventually lose it, then in the summer the heat continues to go regardless if you turn your thermostat off, he is a con artist, he violates his own leases. At the end of your lease if you wish to leave he will find a way to deduct money from your deposit even if he has to lie. The apartment is not suitable for a family with children and he renting it out knowing it's not. When he targets you as a bad tenant, he will even use any info he got from your legal or credit background and use it against you making you look like the bad guy. I went through hell and even got sick from his verbal and mental abuse so I just don't want anyone else to go through the same. Many landlords live off their rental units and tenants, but tenants should be safe in their own homes and treated with respect as well as get what you are paying for.
