Assist property manager with miscellaneous practical projects at well maintained 6 flat apartment building. Be flexible to take calls from property manager when repair or renovation projects are needed. Work collaboratively with property manager to schedule and coordinate repair visits. Help with shopping for supplies. Make suggestions to property manager on need for other specialists when deeper technical skill sets are required. Provide fixed bids for certain larger projects.
