JOIN OUR GROWING ENTERTAINMENT TEAM!!! About Us: We area full service event planning and production company located in the Greater Phoenix Area. We have over 40 years combined experience designing and producing high-quality events for all occasions both Social and Corporate. We are currently looking to fill the following positions for our EXTREMELY BUSY upcoming 2021-22 Event Season. Available Positions: MC’s: MC’s are our event leaders and the go-to staff for our clients when on site. Our MCs MUST meet each of these requirements: Age: 21+ Must be open to learning and being taught how to run “our party” Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain respectful interaction with all clients, staff, team members, and guests at all times. Must have an outgoing and engaging personality. Competent microphone skills. Above average dancing abilities. Ability to positively motivate event guests of all ages to participate. Ability to successfully “flow” an event, be aware of timelines, and other vendors. Calming demeanor in stressful situations. Above average problem solving and organizational skills. Must have reliable transportation to and from events. Bar and Bat Mitzvah experience is a plus! DJ’s: We take great pride in providing the most talented and personable DJ’s at every event! We can, and do, supply the best equipment and expect our DJ’s to work closely with the MC’s to ensure a successful event. A DJ on our team MUST display and meet the following requirements: Age: 18+ Professional demeanor and respectful interaction with all clients, staff, team members, and guests. Competent mixing abilities, NO SYNC BUTTON DJ’S! Respect for all in-house equipment, and warehouse. Respect for the venue at which we are performing. A full understanding of the in-house music collection, and ability to obtain current music. A full understanding of the flow of an event, and how to read a crowd. Ability to work closely with the team leader for direction when needed. Above average problem solving and organizational skills Reliable transportation to and from events. Bar and Bat Mitzvah experience is a plus! Dancers/Party Motivators: Our dancers add a unique spirit and energy to our events. They interact with guests of all ages including children and adults. A dancer is often described as a fun camp counselor, or “an MC without a microphone”, and the skill sets are very similar. Dancer applicants MUST meet the following requirements: Age: 18+ Professional demeanor and respectful interaction with all clients, staff, team members, and guests. Must have an outgoing and engaging personality. Competent dancing abilities; studio, dance/theater group training preferred. Ability to positively motivate event guests to participate on the dance floor. Candidates will be at the appropriate fitness level for continuous energetic activity; sometimes 3-4 hours.
