Help around the House

I'm preparing to move in the next two months and I need someone to help me around the house, decluttering, organizing, boxing/unboxing, cleaning, things like that. I also need to decide what to toss or what's worth trying to list on apps. Some of this will be outside in the garage and shed, so it'll be hot. We can try to do those earlier or later to avoid the sun and heat. There's heavy stuff in and outside, so you're going to need to be able to do most of that without me. Please be a non-smoker and I don't want to hear "why do you have 3 of these?" I am okay with days and early evenings, some weekends but mostly week days are better for me. This would be short term with some potential to go on, just not as much work.
