Demo work on apartment unit needed

I have a unit that needs the following work: Removal of old carpets including padding and baseboards, any tacking Removal of vinyl flooring in bathroom and kitchen, may need some sub floor repair Removal of one old brick assembly for backdrop for a wood stove Removal of bathroom walk in shower, vanity, toilet Removal of kitchen appliances (not cabinets) Would love to consider someone that can also do the hauling away of all this material These are the main things, there are some other items that could be involved, like removal of popcorn ceilings. Please let me know your hourly rate, or your preferred way of billing. Looking to start ASAP
