PLEASE READ ALL !!! Looking for a Carpenter to replace some wood shiplap siding in full sticks and small spots on a single story small old house, and have helper already. The New Wood Shiplap Siding Boards have been sanded and primed and on the job-site along with other equipment. MUST be able to follow all instructions / directions for safety purposes. MUST live within about 30 to 45 minute drive or closer with morning traffic or about 20 to 30 miles or closer to ANNA, TX. and MUST know where ANNA is located !!
