Kenosha Rental is an owner an operator of rental residential properties. We have been in business for over 15 years, and we have managed to build a very positive rapport in the community. We are looking to hire a self-motivated cleaning person. Under the direction of the maintenance supervisor and property managers, duties include but are not limited to: o Cleaning apartments after they are remodeled o Cleaning appliances to nearly immaculate condition o Lead eviction clean out efforts o Keeping the grounds in pristine condition o Keep our buildings always clean and smelling fresh o Swap deadbolts as needed o Deliver/exchange appliances o Assist remodeling crews o Must have knowledge of commercially-available cleaning solutions o Must be able to lift 60 lbs. o Must be able to climb up stairs several times a day You should know that every day is different here and there are all kinds of challenges all the time. You must adapt to new tasks based on priority, be ok with working on a fast-paced environment and be able to meet guidelines. This person does have flexibility in their day to day schedule, just needs to ensure the job is done. Driving is involved, must have a reliable vehicle as we do have properties all over Kenosha. Pay is based on experience, and other factors! Monday-Friday: 8:30-5PM (30 Min Lunch - can take it whenever you choose) Paid Holiday OFF: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day After 1 year: Reviews, PTO, & End of year bonuses, Rent Discounts, 401K Hablamos Español!
