The person flagging all the rehoming post all you are doing is increasing the stray population. People look for a decent home for there pets here which is allowed, asking reasonable adoption fee is allowed. When you prevent them and all the shelters are full, some keep them, some release them others do worse. Sleep on that and how much misery you cause.
