Hi everyone my name is Denis I am a former Physical Education teacher and Mixed Martial Arts instructor and have over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts Self Defense. I do training at the parks near my house and if the weather is bad or rainy, hot or cold days if you like you can get $20 membership on Kings Highway and East 17th Planet Fitness and we can train there as well.
