Large flower bed....about 80 feet x 10 feet needs rework and some plantings. Picture attached. Work must be done next Saturday, September 11.....morning is best because cooler Work to do.... 1. break up soil in the entire bed, smooth and level 2. mix in 25 bags of top soil 3.
