1 1/2yr old Miniature Australian Shepherd for rehoming. Gizmo as we have named him, is kennel trained, House trained, knows basics such as Sit, Down, and stay. Gizmo is a High Energy and High drive dog, he would be an amazing dog for a sport prospect, or an Active Family. I am not one to lie about my dogs or anything that has to do with them. Gizmo has some behaviors that are not desirable such Barking when not getting attention, some resource guarding towards other dogs when eating, chasing small animals of prey, and being rude/pushy towards other dogs. I believe however if these behaviors were channeled into a sport you would see most of them disappear, as he truly needs someone who is willing to devote the time and energy into training an giving him a purpose. He loves to loved, and would make an amazing dog for someone who loves cuddles, hikes, and a spastic personality, Gizmo may just be the dog for you. I am willing to meet in the middle within distance and truly just want to see him go to a good home, as I am unable to give him the time and attention he needs.
