EXPERIENCED PRESERVATION CONTRACTORS JACKSONVILLE & SURROUNDING AREAS Compensation: PER JOB BASIS Employment type: contract Work will require taking detailed photographs in Property Preservation Wizard app supporting work which is to client standards. Vendors should be detail oriented with great communication and organizational skills to ensure work order instructions are followed correctly. Work must be completed by due dates provided. All vendors must have their own transportation and equipment. Work to include, but not limited to: - Initial Securing -Lock Work -Pool Securing - Reoccurring Grass Cuts - Boarding - Winterizations - Discoloration treatment - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial - Debris Removal Must have the following: - Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check - Must be able to use PPW***accurate mandatory photos are required for payment*** - Must be able to utilize email - Must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work. - Must be able to bid any/all damages - Must be able to photograph and document work FOR PAYMENT - Turnaround time is 48-72 hours UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE -Please respond with your contact information
